Lead
Time
All Roebuck Studio products are usually available
to ship within two weeks of the order date. If an item is back ordered,
we will tell the retailer, who will then advise the customer.
Shipping
Cost
All items ship FOB Chelsea, Michigan, USA
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based upon the destination
and actual weight and size of the order. Since our furniture packs flat,
the shipping cost to the customer is greatly reduced.
We have found UPS Ground to be the most economical and reliable carrier.
Most orders arrive within 3 days after shipment anywhere in the lower
48 states.
Roebuck Studio will provide the retailer with a tracking number as soon
as the order ships.
International
Shipping
Roebuck Studio offers international shipping,
but all responsibility for the order transfers to the purchaser at the
time of shipment, not receipt. We will provide estimates for shipping
to any location. Any damage incurred during shipping is the responsibility
of the customer, who will have to order replacement parts. Merchandise
shipped internationally is non-returnable.

Receiving
Shipments
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the furniture as soon as
possible for any shipping related damage. We do our best to provide
adequate packaging and cushioning devices, but some accidents do occur.
Some wear due to shipping is normal, but if the packaging has been ripped
or punctured, or is wet, or the furniture has been scratched or chipped
or broken, please notify us immediately. It is the customer’s
responsibility to notify us of any damage within 48 hours of receipt
of damaged goods. Keep all packaging materials until inspection can
be made.
Returns
In order for us to provide color choices to our customers, some amount
of custom fabrication is necessary, which makes returns difficult. However,
we want our customers to be completely happy and satisfied with their
purchase. So, if you find yourself considering returning a Roebuck Studio
product, please give us a call at 734.478.3349 and we can discuss the
situation. Returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of the order,
and a 20% restocking fee will be charged. All original packaging material
must be used to ship the product back to us, and shipping costs will
be the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive an item that has a fabrication defect or other manufacturing
related problem, we will provide a replacement as soon as possible.
Just take a digital photo of the problem and send it to us at broebuck@roebuckstudio.com,
within 5 days of receipt of the order.
